AP Associate IV

Pay Range: $29/hr - 35/hr, depending on experience

MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGT Innovations, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Automation Analyst for our Ops Support Tacoma Office. In this role you will review and validate invoices flowing through the AP
automation software to the ERP system. You will monitor and maintain the integrations between the systems,
and research/resolve integration failures. You will document and train on best practices to ensure that the
system is being used for optimal efficiency, and that AP invoices are processed and paid accurately and timely.
You will also work closely with colleagues and other departments to identify and implement continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices ingested by AP automation software
• Monitor daily integrations between AP Automation Software and ERP, research/resolve integration failures
• Maintain master data tables and workflows as needed in AP Automation Software
• Troubleshoot AP Automation software issues and work with vendor and tech support to resolve
• Conduct advanced system teaching as needed beyond standard AI functionality
• Document and train team members on best practice procedures
• Use high level of ERP and systems knowledge involving cross functional processes to resolve process and system issues
• Work closely with colleagues and other departments to identify and implement continuous improvements
• Serve as key AP participant in special projects as needed, including enterprise wide projects

Requirements

• Accounts Payable processing experience in an ERP system (Oracle preferred)
• AP Automation software experience (Esker preferred)
• Experience dealing with multiple locations is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Associates degree or previous AP Automation/ERP experience a plus
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
• Self-driven and able to work independently with great results in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Solution oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to understand technical aspects of automation software
• Ability to work well on a team, including collaborating, training and asking questions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
