What You Will Do
- Drive accountant maintenance and growth by maintaining and updating a spreadsheet tracking all MSA (Master Service Agreement) details.
- Drives client outreach strategies in partnership with leaders.
- Manages and maintains client activity records within our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for managing the corporate events calendar and associated activities including registrations, exhibiting requirements, and pre- and post-event data collection.
- Acts as initial point of contact for prospective clients.
- Conducts client research.
- Coordinating client meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Maintaining and managing client registration.
- Supports executives with client activity recording
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Providing effect administrative support.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of professional administrative, account management, project management, sales or similar client-facing role.
