We are currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team at our corporate office located in the Aurora/Naperville, IL area.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong Excel and organizational skills to contribute to a team that supports a vital and meaningful mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage compliance-related activities across the organization
- Generate, review, and distribute HR reports and documentation
- Assist with a variety of HR initiatives and administrative functions
- Maintain accurate records and support HR process improvements
Position Details:
- Part-time schedule: either two full days or four half days per week (based on candidate preference)
- Hybrid work model: following a successful training period, this role will transition to remote work with an in-office presence required once per month for HR department meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support required
