Job Description
Install, service, and repair state-of-the-art EDM Machinery and Manufacturing Equipment. Services are provided on-site at customer's facilities and remotely via telephone if situation permits. This position requires :
- Heavy travel in the assigned area but with occasional travel throughout North America
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repairs
- Inspect troubleshoot, and perform replacements, repairs, and rebuilds on mechanical systems
- Diagnose technical problems and troubleshooting via telephone if possible
- Utilize schematics, drawings, and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems
- CNC programming skills (highly desired) or the ability learn quickly (a must)
