This individual contributor role supports both marketing execution and digital infrastructure—keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while staying attuned to what our visitors see and feel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Website Operations
- Own the front-end and back-end operations of the company websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal performance
- Publish and maintain content for services, products, promotions, and locations
- Coordinate with our web developer to implement features, integrations, and troubleshoot issues
- QA forms, pop-ups, pages, and booking flows to ensure everything is working as intended
- Maintain and improve technical SEO (e.g. site structure, metadata, page speed, indexing)
- Manage content updates, links, and integrations related to our online booking platform to ensure accuracy across services and locations
- Experience maintaining and updating listings and products across online directories (e.g. Google Business Profile, Yelp, Amazon)
Email Marketing Execution
- Build and send marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
- Maintain automated flows and ensure they’re triggered correctly and targeting the right audiences
- Create and manage email sign-up forms and pop-ups across platforms
- Test and troubleshoot email rendering and integrations
Performance & Reporting
- Oversee website analytics to monitor traffic, conversions, engagement, and site health
- Regularly compile and analyze reports from our analytics and CRM tools
- Partner with the Lifecycle Manager to identify opportunities for UX improvements and conversion rate optimizatio

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in website and email operations
- Strong understanding of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, or other enterprise CRM systems)
- Experience with Shopify storefront management and backend tools
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and tracking tools
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SEMrush
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Awareness of UX principles and their impact on engagement and conversion
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work collaboratively across teams
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or beauty industries is a plus
- Based in Austin, TX (hybrid role)
