The ROLE:
We are looking for a driven Accounting Manager to join the Milk Makeup accounting team. The role will directly report to the Controller. The Accounting Manager’s primary focus will be leading the accounting team through the month-end close including account reconciliations, report preparation and analytical review. This role will also support any audit and public reporting requirements.
What YOU’LL do:
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting function, including but not limited to financial statement preparation, consolidation, intercompany, inventory, ecommerce, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, revenue recognition, journal entry review and various ad-hoc analyses
- Implement and maintain internal controls for SOX compliance
- Supervise, support, and review the accounting work of staff accountants
- Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies and process documentation
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements, including enhancements and automation of existing processes and systems
- Prepare key performance indicator analysis to evaluate performance and profitability
- Prepare balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis
- Serve as a point of contact for external audit inquiries and requests
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration by fostering trust, commitment and accountability
What We’d like YOU to have:
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- At least 2-3 years of public accounting experience in Big 4 and 2-3 years in a manager level role in corporate accounting
- ERP system experience required (e.g., NetSuite, SAP Business One, etc.)
- Strong US GAAP and technical accounting knowledge

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
