JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position reports to the Project manager
- Installation of various types of commercial and residential fencing
- Maintain an orderly job site and job trailers
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 crew members
- Understand and enforce Mill Brothers Landscape Group safety and operational procedures
- Support, promote, and assume responsibility for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Off Season Snow clearance
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Reliable attendance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- The ability to read and interpret plan sets and site plans
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally. This position is physical in nature and requires constant movement and exposure to the elements.
- Equipment operation experience of skid loaders, track loaders, power tools, and hand tools.
- A valid Colorado driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to company insurance.
- This position requires night and weekend work during the off season for snow removal operations.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of commercial fence installation experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
- Previous experience as a leader or foreman
