Job Location: 4615 S 49th W Ave. Tulsa, OK 74107
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating custom commercial architectural millwork projects after budgeting/post contract
- administration through installation and closeout document
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards
- Review submittal drawings for accuracy
- Manage multiple
- Conduct field surveying when necessary
- Setup and maintain a project budget and schedule of values.
- Write RFIs and change orders when necessary
- Understanding of Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) standards.
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Proven experience as a project manager on commercial projects, with a strong understanding of construction and manufacturing processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
· Proficient in project management software and tools, including scheduling and budgeting software.
· Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
· Ability to travel to project sites as required.
