Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for customer inquiries and respond promptly
- Create and maintain product drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with manufacturing to develop new products and improve existing designs and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
