Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate records of medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide).
- Experience in long-term care or home care setting preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
