MRP serves customers in various industries including consumer staples, food and beverage, technology, pharmaceuticals, health, beauty and more.
We are currently hiring a Folder Gluer Operator at our Hutchinson, MN facility.
Shift: 3rd Shift 6:00PM-6:00AM Monday-Wednesday
The pay for this position ranges from $22-24 per hour. Pay is based on a variety of complex factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you’ll do:
- Set up and adjust machine for production runs of various carton shapes achieving a properly folded carton with adequate glue adhesion.
- Perform quality checks in full compliance with all requirements of the quality system.
- Record all required run data and keep an accurate time sheet.
- Perform routine maintenance, machine cleaning, and preventative maintenance inspections of the folder-gluer machine and the gluing & detection system.
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Equivalent
- Previous Folder Gluer experience is preferred
- Possess that natural ability to problem solve and find solutions – “mechanically inclined.”
- Must have basic computer skills
- A high level of organization skills to make sure job is ready to go
