Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center, an urban sophisticated event venue located in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. Desirable candidate must be flexible, as schedule (days/hours) can vary weekly based on demand but full time is expected. Weekends are required. Individual must be outgoing and have great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Use different social media platforms (Facebook, the knot, Wedding Wire) to generate interest in venue
- Lead tours of the Mill Top to prospective clients
- Process new contracts
- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Candidate will have a working understanding of Windows 10 and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Previous sales experience is required.
