Millcraft in Suffield, CT is a Cabinetry & Millwork company specializing in commercial projects. We are a lean, efficient manufacturer that leverages technology and machinery to produce high-quality casework and millwork.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as a millwork drafter utilizing CAD & CAM software. The role involves creating shop drawings, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to develop detailed plans for cabinetry and millwork projects based on specifications and requirements. 2D & 3D modeling experience is required.

Additionally, experience with CAM & CNC programming is preferred. Mozaik is our primary software, we can easily train on this software if you are unfamiliar. This position gives preference to someone who can work in the office a majority of the time, but hybrid work and flexible schedules are part of our culture and this position.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing, Engineering Drawings, and Architectural Drawings skills
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Experience in creating accurate and detailed drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• No degree requirements
• Knowledge of industry standards and building codes is preferred but not required
• Experience in the millwork industry is preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
