Mille Lacs Health System (MLHS) is applying for the Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline Grant. If awarded, this unique opportunity will offer a competency-based dual-training approach where selected applicants receive a combination of formal education strategically paired with real-life job experiences.
Advance or start your career in healthcare in one of the following occupations:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Radiologic Technologist
Program Overview:
- Get paid to job shadow and learn skills that are necessary to become an RN, LPN, CMA, or Radiologic Technologist
- Work at MLHS in a different entry level position and earn money while attending school
- Apply for up to $6,000 for tuition costs and books per school year, for up to 4 years or $24,000 max (applicants must reapply every school year, no guarantee year to year)*
- Pick a school option that fits your schedule
