Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using approved venipuncture techniques.
- Process orders and identify patients using two identifiers.
- Perform CLIA waived testing according to procedures and document quality control measures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including faxes or mailouts to outside facilities and physicians.
- Foster a culture of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with patients, visitors, and medical staff.
