About This Role
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information
- Process paperwork and documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and leaders
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation
- Create badges for new and existing employees
- Provide learning management system guidance and assign required training to employees
- Coordinate EAP program services
- Assist with HRIS questions and concerns
- Serve as the main point of contact for Public Service Loan Forgiveness questions, concerns, and guidance
- Maintain accurate records of employee files
- Assist with general HR processes and procedures
