Job Description
Growing NWI Construction Company seeking an experienced Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our organization.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and direct callers to appropriate personnel in a professional manner
- Familiar in computer applications and online document management
- Manage & schedule Warranty/Service appointments
- Maintain the fleet of vehicles and construction equipment managing the mileage/maintenance logs/service repair
- Must be organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- General Construction understanding
- Process invoices, track receipts, input expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, reserve hotel accommodations and prepare detailed itineraries
- Coordinate materials and price matching for multiple projects
- Provide daily administrative support for estimators, project management, field operations team and project owner
- Must be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and follow directions
* Must be Proficient in QuickBooks, Outlook, Excel and Word programs
Sage Experience is a plus
