The Finance Controller will oversee all financial activities, ensuring compliance with both accounting standards and legal regulations. This role is essential for improving operational efficiency, enhancing financial stability, and driving strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting systems.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and forecasts that inform and support decision-making at the executive level.
- Develop, implement, and enforce financial policies and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and financial integrity.
- Lead and manage the annual audit process while maintaining strong relationships with external auditors.
- Analyze financial data, track cash flow, and proactively identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
