As a Project Manager in the electronic manufacturing sector, you will be responsible for leading and executing key projects to ensure their successful delivery. You will be tasked with overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and supply chain departments. Your role will require you to drive projects within scope and on schedule while ensuring that quality standards are met and exceeded.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our client and their customers, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. As a leader, you will take charge of identifying potential risks, addressing issues as they arise, and implementing solutions that drive continuous improvement and enhance overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and ensure the execution of projects within budget constraints.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely resolution of any project-related issues.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and other documentation to key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle to enhance efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
