Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing|
Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and error-free disbursements.
Maintain payroll records, including employee time and attendance data.
Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies, making necessary adjustments.
Benefits Administration|
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
Taxation Compliance|
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
Prepare and submit payroll tax returns and reports in a timely manner.
Address tax-related inquiries and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
Unemployment Management|
Manage unemployment claims and responses, working to minimize associated costs.
Provide necessary documentation and represent the company in unemployment hearings when required.

General HR Duties|
Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job listings, conducting interviews, and assisting with new employee orientation.

Address employee concerns, providing guidance and support in resolving HR-related issues.
Qualifications|
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
