Duties
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
- Assisting in shop with mini detail services and operating the car wash as needed.
- Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Lead team management efforts, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Handle accounts receivable, end of month billing.
Requirements
- This is not strictly a desk job; this role will be assisting in the shop and car wash.
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in team management and training development is preferred.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes is a plus.
