Qualifications & Responsibilities:

Only experienced applicants will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Payroll processing experience required (Paycom experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of North Carolina wage and hourly laws.
• Proficiency in CDK Software, Excel, and Google Docs.
• Ability to accurately calculate wages related to commissions, and percentages.
• Experience working under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• E-Verify Certified or experience handling I-9 documentation.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities:

• Audit payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain personnel/employee records, including time tracking, DOL record, Osha 300 forms and paid leave records.
• Assist with payroll-related policy changes and procedural updates.
• Handle HR-related functions, including new hire processing, terminations, and employment verifications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding wages, deductions, garnishments, and employee records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
