Customer Service Representative – San Antonio – 4 days in office
Responsible for understanding the customers’ needs and delivering personalized solutions and education that will improve their overall financial security.
Required :
2 or more years of combined customer contact, sales, or collections experience in the financial services industry.
6 months computer experience required, utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windows-based environment.
Ability to be on the phones making outbound calls and taking inbound calls for 100% of the day
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work onsite and maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred :
Previous collections experience
College degree
