We are seeking Instructional Developers for an onsite contract position.
This role is 50% design and 50% facilitation.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop training courses for P&C employees
Update course content and coordinate learning curriculum
Communicate with stakeholders on project needs and status
Requirements:
4 years of Instructional design and development skills for ILT and e-learning
Experience with classroom facilitation
Experience with Vyond
Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
Ability to work independently
Experience with auto claims is highly preferred
