The Role
We are seeking friendly and experienced Servers to join our team at Millennium Hall. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with guests, providing exceptional service, and thriving in a high-volume dining environment. With both indoor and outdoor dining areas, adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming and engaging dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining service standards.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including beer, wine, spirits, and sake.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned service areas.
- Work collaboratively with the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and sake is a plus.
- Must hold a valid state/local food handler’s card where applicable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or in accordance with state law.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
