The Role
We are seeking experienced Bartenders who excel in crafting both classic and innovative cocktails while delivering an outstanding guest experience. This position requires strong mixology skills, customer service expertise, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks and small plates.
- Assess customer preferences and provide drink recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails with precision and consistency.
- Maintain knowledge of the bar menu, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Check customer identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies while keeping the bar area organized.
- Ensure a clean and well-maintained bar at all times.
- Deliver an engaging and guest-focused experience.
- Follow all food, beverage, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation.
- Must hold a valid state/local Food Handler and Basset card where applicable.
- Must be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with state law.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
