The Role

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house area.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain a steady pace to prevent dishwashing backups.
• Return and restock clean items to their designated areas.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including restrooms as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking.
• Ability to communicate and work well with a team.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and sanitation practices.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Must hold a valid state/local food handler’s card where applicable.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
