What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Millennium Home Health and Hospice, Inc.?
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to handle all office duties in our Tulsa office. These duties include rolling/unrolling phones to on call nurse, answering phones during the day, faxing, maintaining patient charts, filing, communicating with field staff and other branch offices, contacting doctors offices upon request, logging notes into computer and sending timesheets for payroll, preparinng electronic patient files, notifying branch employees of required documents, attending meetings as requested and any other duties as assigned. Works directly with the Branch Manager.
