We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As the Catering Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering and event operations, including customer service, and sales. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities```

Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales and achieve revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and business development efforts
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Plan, organize, and execute events including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus and ensure high-quality food presentation
Coordinate logistics for events, including staffing, equipment rentals, and transportation
Oversee the execution of events to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services at competitive rates.
Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications```

Proven experience in customer service, technical sales, or business development within the industry

Proven experience in event planning or management within a hotel or restaurant setting.

Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends

Demonstrated success in outside sales and account management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of guest services within the hospitality industry.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through innovative event concepts.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $55,000.00 per year
