As the Catering Sales and Events Manager for the Millennium Durham, will be responsible for driving revenue through the proactive sales of catering and event services. Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Proactively identify and pursue new catering and event sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Event Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the hotel's banquet teams to create customized event proposals.
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, including setup, catering, and other logistical details.
