Product Manager Lead - End User Services
The End User Services team at Millennium manages workspace, collaboration, and unified communications services, ITSM (Service Now), and windows, active directory and virtualization infrastructure. We are looking for a lead Product Manager for the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, communication and awareness for products and services aimed at enhancing the employee experience. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering and support teams to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of our end-user services, service management platform, and infrastructure services.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap for end-user services, ITSM and infra services ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and market needs
- Conduct user research, gather and prioritize user requirements, and translate them into product specifications and actionable insights for engineering teams
- Work closely with engineering, customer support, application development, HR, real estate, security and compliance teams to deliver high-quality end-user services
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Continuously assess and optimize the user experience through feedback, data analysis, and usability testing
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, and adapt product strategies accordingly
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, team members, and employees
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements
- Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Create comprehensive product documentation, including the service catalog and request processes, and provide training to internal teams and end-users as needed
Qualifications / Skills Required
The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
