IT Service Desk Coordinator

Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time / IT Service Desk Coordinator to join the Information Technology team in the Fort Myers, FL area. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience!
As an IT Service Desk Coordinator for the Millennium Physician Group, you'll be part of an organization that believes IT stands for "Innovative" and not just "Information" Technology. You'll be part of an amazing team led by our dynamic IT Lead Service Support Coordinator, where each day, you'll be equally challenged and prepared to support and learn new technologies! Working within our VOREX Ticketing System to track trends and solutions for user's issues and requests, you'll join forces with other Service Support Specialists, Field Technicians, and departmental staff to ensure SLA's are met and even surpassed by utilizing your outstanding troubleshooting, customer support and technical skills. As a fellow IT Service Support Coordinator and TIS team member, you'll be able to gauge your success by measuring not just the speed with which you resolve issues but by how we learn from those issues to prevent them.
The ideal candidate will be Comfortable and Confident with:
- Troubleshooting various hardware and software
- Talking to people and helping others
- Knowledge of AD
- Asking questions and learning from mistakes
- Basic Network troubleshooting - Including familiarity with CMD
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 2 Years Ticketing System Experience
- 2 Years Technical Support
- 2 Years Customer Service Support
- Additional Knowledge a Plus
- Associates Degree
- IT Healthcare Experience
- IT Certifications

Required Skills and Abilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organization and attention to detail skills; strong time management, an ability to build rapport and provide assistance to users, perform new installs and assist technicians as needed. They will also manage and maintain equipment needs and inventory. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
