What You'll Do:
- Employee Relations: Coach and guide associates and managers on people-related matters
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as advisor to management on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Cross-functional Support: Partner with HR team to support hiring, employee relations, and organizational initiatives
- Relationship Building: Develop positive connections across the organization to address needs proactively
- Data Analysis: Use metrics to drive improvements in employee engagement and retention
- Cultural Development: Work on initiatives to optimize team structure and enhance organizational culture
- Learning Environment: Facilitate growth through best practices and development initiatives
- Investigation Management: Lead employee investigations with Security, recommending appropriate actions
- Policy Implementation: Provide practical guidance on HR policies and collaborate on policy development
- Program Execution: Oversee annual HR processes including open enrollment and DEI initiatives
What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field; SHRM or HR certification preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws (EEO, ADA, etc.)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work autonomously and deliver solutions
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for diverse audience interaction
- Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and insight development capabilities
- Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information
- Business Acumen: Understanding of organizational dynamics and strategic HR practices
