We are currently expanding our sales department and searching for a S ales Manager  to complement our Mid-West Sales Team .  Candidate must have exp managing a team.

About the Role :

We're searching for a hungry and motivated  Sales Manager  with a desire to mentor and coach sales professionals to drive team success. The  Sales Manager  is responsible for training, managing, and supervising Account Executives, as well as overseeing and being accountable for implementing sales strategy and reaching sales goals. This includes maximum revenue and profitability through team building and operational success.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement overall Sales operations focusing on relationship management
  • and new logo development to support company growth and business expansion

  • In partnership with HR and sales management, you will be interviewing and recruiting for Western regional Account Executives
  • Develop and manage a sales team of Account Executives
  • Lead team to achieve quarterly / annual sales targets by driving new opportunities and
  • selling Meevo to SMB / Mid-Mkt accounts

  • Mentor and coach team on MSI’s offerings, market, and trends
  • Fully utilize CRMs including Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and
  • Outlook for all activities and functions of the sales team

  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers and Executive team to sustain alignment of
  • overall department goals

  • Support team’s full cycle sales cycle, including but not limited to pipeline development, discovery, value positioning, and relationship management.
  • Oversee and evaluate employee performance and productivity
  • Requirements :

  • Prior managerial background and ability to coach a team
  • 4 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company; experience in project management and work collaboration space preferred.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience with CRM tool to manage leads, activities, and pipeline
  • Proven ability to close sales cycles with a SaaS Product
  • Track record of attaining quota and overachievement
  • Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills, particularly via phone and virtual meetings
  • Driven self-starter with the ability to work independently, is disciplined and strong process orientation.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadline effectively and consistently.
