Business Operations Specialist

MILLENNIUMSOFT is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to administer Contract Membership eligibility and related dispute resolution processes for GPO agreements.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will engage with distributers, GPOs, and customers to support best-in-class operational capabilities and establish policies for complex contracting membership activities.

You will be accountable for achieving key metrics, have strong communication, technical, and organizational skills, and work closely with leadership to create governance processes.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and 3 years of experience in contract operations, as well as general understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations management.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Contract Membership for GPO agreements
• Resolve chargeback errors for contract membership
• Perform customer/GPO member management
• Organize and respond to LOC and LOD requests
• Monitor and coordinate customer slotting
• Ensure pricing connections are communicated and verified
• Manage GPO migrations/transitions
• Maintain Contract Membership Trade Orgs in Vistex
• Maintain the GPO Partner Cross-Reference Table
• Collaborate with distributor and GPO partners
• Support continuous process/system improvement initiatives
• Identify and understand key areas of change management
• Assist leadership with creating governance processes

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required
• 3 years' experience in contract operations
• General understanding of end-to-end commercial contract operations management
• Experience in ERP and reporting systems
• Proficient technical skills in MS Access and MS Excel solutions
• Strong communication and customer centric skills
• Demonstrates working knowledge of key business metrics and analytical techniques
