Description :
Project Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of activities in support of the Project Buyers in accordance with standard procedures.
Responsible for the following duties :
Tech Reviews - Review the changes and gain sign off and submit to appropriate document control alias.
End of Life - Maintain and update the EOL worksheet to determine run out dates.
Attend meetings and take notes
Update and organize Team SharePoint
Improve the lamination cards process :
Assist with the set-up of Part Numbers in Ultriva
Kanban card set-up (print and laminate)
Support the team with tasks and other duties as assigned.
Must be : Organized, customer service oriented, flexible, proficient with MS Office (Excel), and fast learner.
Preferred : SAP use, understanding of NPI, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
