What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Runner / Shop Helper position at Miller Auto?
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Greet customers promptly and professionally at all times.
Pick up and deliver customers, parts, paperwork and equipment.
Assist department, as needed, with managing the drop-off and pick-up of customers' cars.
Wash and vacuum vehicles for delivery.
Updating loaner inventory and maintaining loaner appearance.
Shop cleaning and organizing.
Road testing vehicles in for Service.
Deliver parts to department when needed and distributes to appropriate managers and/or technicians.
Maintain the professional appearance of the department by ensuring the cleanliness of the department, including, but not limited to, emptying garbage containers, sweeping, mopping, cleaning debris from the lot, etc.
Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up, requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
Participate in training programs that are made available.
Maintain and execute compliance guidelines, policies and procedures at all times. Including, but not limited to state and federal laws, health and safety policies, OSHA, Red Flags, Privacy and OFAC.
Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be presentable and professional appearing at all times
Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good time management skills
Dependable

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
