We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and overseeing the nursing staff. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Skills:
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as cardiac catheterization, phlebotomy, medication administration, etc.
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers
- Familiarity with occupational health practices
- Ability to provide care for patients in assisted living facilities or nursing homes
- Proficient in inhalation therapy techniques
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in MO
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
