We are seeking a Human Resource Manager at our Company headquarters in Brookville, PA. This position reports to the Human Resources Director and supports the implementation of the People Strategy for our approximately 400 employees across 4 manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to understand and execute the organization's People Strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and HR staff on complex questions and issues, including reasonable accommodations, investigations, and talent acquisition.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and research competitive pay programs.
- Create learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when necessary
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn our HRIS and talent management systems
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus
