In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR department, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and leave. You will also partner with the executive leadership team to understand and execute the organization's People Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the implementation of the People Strategy for approximately 400 employees across 4 manufacturing locations.
- Leads and directs the day-to-day functions of the HR department, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Provides guidance and support to managers and HR staff on complex HR matters.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, and researches and proposes competitive pay programs.
- Creates learning and development programs for employees.
