Job Description:
General Description
We are a small organization that prides itself on providing high quality customer service. Our office is quite busy and you would typically be the first customer contact in our organization.
This full-time position provides office support functions including:
- Responding to general customer inquiries
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Processing customer requests and payments
- Following up with customers
- Utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office
Necessary Skills
The ideal applicant has:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to learn and retain new information
- Tech / Social Media skills
- Quality organizational skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Strong experience working with computers
- Tag & Title preparation experience and/or PA Notary (a "plus" but not required)
Schedule
Thursday, 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
