Summary
Prestigious Venture Capital firm is seeking an experienced assistant to support the Head of HR plus a team of 5 direct reports. Responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, meeting / presentation preparation, travel arrangement and expenses, anticipate needs, and manage the flow of communication. Will work on event planning including HR summer and holiday celebrations. Will help with onboarding and some HR reporting in Workday. Contribute to HR projects as they arise. Role is in person Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of relevant administrative support experience, including some senior level support. Financial services or professional services experience required. Must have strong technical skills and have a proven track record of successfully supporting professionals in a fast paced setting. Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal and ability to learn new software programs. Must be a true team player who can also work autonomously and be forward thinking. Must have a proven track record of working with highly confidential materials.
Compensation : $120-140K plus Paid OT & Bonus
