Responsibilities include heavy phone coverage, calendar management and meeting logistics, gatekeeping, travel and expenses, daily update summaries, tracking information in Salesforce, editing Excel spreadsheets, some personal assistant work, and ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have 7 years of relevant administrative support experience including some executive level support experience. A college degree is required. Candidates must be fluid, flexible and successful in a fast paced environment. Excellent technical skills in MS Office Suite and either knowledge of or the ability to easily learn Google Workspace are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Candidates must excel with heavy production and be excited to help the organization thrive and grow.
