Responsibilities
- Oversee and actively participate in all financial functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and sales controlling automation.
- Advise management on financial matters, providing analysis, reporting, and controls in alignment with GAAP standards.
- Develop and implement finance strategies, including sales controlling and tax compliance, harmonizing processes and tools across U.S. operations.
- Lead cash flow analysis and optimization efforts, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and serving as the primary contact for audits.
- Align IT and HR tools, processes, and standards across U.S. locations to improve efficiency and cohesion.
