The Role
We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker Apprentice to join our growing team. As a key member of our machining department, you will play a vital role in shaping and assembling high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting blueprints and specifications to execute projects with accuracy.
- Planning and executing machining processes independently with minimal oversight.
- Shaping materials using cutting, drilling, boring, turning, milling, and grinding techniques.
- Ensuring precision and quality using scribers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in tool and die manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read 2D and 3D drawings.
- Attention to detail for quality assurance and precision measuring.
