The Talent Access Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, data entry, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Search Operations Manager to scrub, organize, and maintain company information within the database
- Proactively carve out new prospecting territories for future MRG hires through careful research & analysis
- Develop & implement SOP’s for generating sales leads for the Account Executives.
- Participate as an active team member on job order intake calls
- Engineer searches, source candidates, and ensure accurate data entry in the database
- Seek out new ways to innovate
