This role is essential in managing our inventory, purchasing supplies and equipment, and ensuring efficient procurement operations across all branch locations. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory systems, stocking levels, pricing, and product information
Create purchase orders and submit electronically to suppliers
Perform daily administrative tasks such as maintaining information and entering data
Create monthly report for cost of goods
Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders
Identify, track, and report specials, demos, and overstock to management
Complete daily and monthly ordering processes
Serve as a contact for vendors regarding orders, status updates, and pricing
Review invoices for accuracy and track warranties, returns, and credits
Ensure compliance with company policies related to procurement and inventory
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management
High school degree with 2 years of relevant purchasing experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
Excellent communication and vendor management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Proficient computer skills – MS Office
Effective writing skills, verbal skills and listening skills.
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
