An Accounts Receivable Specialist, or Accounts Receivable Clerk, is responsible for maintaining a company’s financial accounts with incoming transactions.
-Position is full time ( perm) and 100% onsite
Their duties include:
Creating invoices
Sending bills to customers
Processing payments using a variety of payment methods
Updating accounts ledgers
Preparing invoices or receipts
Receiving payments
Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed
Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
Performing general bookkeeping duties, such as keeping accounting software logs updated, reconciling accounts, making bank deposits, recording cash receipts and invoicing clients.
3 plus years of experience preferred
Salary : $52,000 - $60,000
