- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain a professional and tidy office environment
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in office management or receptionist roles is advantageous
- Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is beneficial
