Outdoor Services Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Outdoor Services Sales Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role combines the sales of landscaping projects, irrigation services, lawn mowing packages, weed control/fertilization programs with essential administrative support. You will be responsible for managing sales, sending estimates, building schedules and overseeing that work is being sold for our team here at Miller Yard Care.

Pay Rate: $50,000-$100,000 per year based on experience

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Relations:

• Promote and sell a variety of outdoor services, including landscaping design, irrigation systems, lawn mowing, weed control/fertilization packages to new and existing customers.
• Conduct in-person, phone, and email consultations with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Follow up with potential clients and leads, answering questions and guiding them through the service selection process.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide quotes and create detailed service proposals for customers, including pricing, timelines, and scope of work.

Administrative Support:

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of company resources and timely completion of projects.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing concerns and providing service updates.
• Process orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service details, and project statuses.
• Update and maintain client databases, tracking service requests and follow-ups.
• Manage customer billing and payment processing, working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and send service reminders, promotions, and follow-up communications to customers.

Operational Support:

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling the work of field crews, ensuring that all jobs are completed according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Provide feedback to the operations team regarding customer preferences, special requests, or any issues that arise during service delivery.
• Ensure all paperwork, proposals, and agreements are properly documented and processed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, within the outdoor services, landscaping, or home improvement industries.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, lawn care, and fertilization practices and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage customer expectations effectively.
